ProTaper Honda CRF450R Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 46 Teeth - Black

The ProTaper Honda CRF450R Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 46 Teeth - Black is a Race Spec (RS) rear sprocket cut from 7075-T6 heat-treated billet aluminum and finished with a deep-penetrating anodize that resists corrosion and improves wear resistance. ProTaper machines an angled mud groove into both sides of every tooth, which sheds mud during operation and increases tooth surface area by up to 40% compared to competing sprockets, resulting in better chain contact and longer sprocket life. Built in the USA to close tolerances, it also features countersinks that automatically center the sprocket on the hub at installation without a separate hub center guide. It fits a wide range of Honda dirt bikes and dual-sports, from the CRF450R to models like the CR125R, CRF250R, and XR650R.

A 46-tooth rear sprocket raises gearing relative to a smaller rear sprocket, which can improve top-end speed while reducing acceleration off the line compared to a larger rear sprocket.
