ProTaper Fuzion CR High Handlebar

The ProTaper Fuzion CR High Handlebar is a crossbar-equipped aluminum handlebar built around a flex locking system that lets riders switch between a stiffer, more connected feel and a softer, more compliant feel to suit the terrain. The bar is made from ProTaper's proprietary 2000 series T6 aluminum alloy, with a cold-forged aluminum crossbar and CNC-machined crossbar clamps bonded with an aerospace-grade polymer. It goes through shot peening, stress relieving, and anodizing, and it ships with a crossbar pad included. The CR High bend is named after the profile found on CR-series machines and suits riders who prefer more height and reach.

This bar has a rise of 67mm, which lifts the grip area well above the clamp and works well for riders who spend time standing or who prefer a more upright position. The 60mm sweep angles the grips back toward the rider, which takes some stress off the wrists compared to a straighter bar. At 800mm wide with 180mm of control area per side, it gives good leverage across the handlebar, and the width can be trimmed down if needed.
