The unique flaring process creates a burr-free internal radius and offers additional clearance within the handlebar's peak, facilitating easier wiring setup and reducing installation time. To further streamline wiring, these bars come preloaded with E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving, allowing quick and simple routing by just pulling the wiring harness through the sleeving, saving time and effort during assembly.
