The novel internal flaring process creates a burr-free radius, providing additional clearance within the handlebar peak to pass complete wiring harnesses, factory vinyl coverings, and terminal connections effortlessly. This innovative design helps prevent chaffing and simplifies wiring setups, especially when combined with the preloaded E-Z pull-thru plastic woven sleeving. To install, simply insert the wiring harness into the sleeving and pull through, making wiring jobs cleaner and more efficient.
Manufactured with precision, this handlebar features smooth, round CNC mandrel bends, machined control mounts (not swaged), and burr-free internal wiring holes, ensuring a professional finish and reliable performance. It includes electronic throttle control slots and high luster finishes for an outstanding appearance. The handlebar's 1-inch center section with 3-1/2-inch on-center knurling is compatible with standard controls, including hydraulic clutches.
