The KIMPEX Piston Kit, part number 982140, is a high-performance solution designed for Polaris and Fuji engines. This kit features durable, long-life die-cast pistons engineered to optimize heat transfer from the combustion chamber to the cylinder walls, ensuring efficient engine operation and cooling. Each component, including rings, pins, and circlips, is manufactured to OEM specifications, guaranteeing compatibility and reliable performance with original parts. The pistons come with PTFE coating, which minimizes friction during the break-in period, contributing to smoother operation and increased longevity. All components are interchangeable with original parts, simplifying installation and maintenance. Please note that chrome-plated rings are not compatible with chrome-plated or electrofusion liners, so appropriate rings should be selected accordingly.
