The KIBBLEWHITE Polaris 82-83150 Cylinder Head Kit provides a comprehensive solution for high-performance engine rebuilds. This kit includes a complete top end gasket set, featuring base, engine case, exhaust, and head gaskets along with essential O-rings and washers, ensuring a reliable seal and optimal engine integrity. The included set of valve guides features C630 guides, which are a blend of copper, nickel, and aluminum, offering excellent thermal conductivity and wear resistance, as well as C674 guides made from a softer manganese alloy, easily reamed for custom fitting. The Black Diamond™ valves are one-piece forged stainless steel components, impregnated through a specialized German process to improve wear properties and reduce friction, thus extending valve life and enhancing engine efficiency. Alternatively, White Diamond® valves are fully CNC-machined from a single forging of EV8 Stainless Steel or Inconel-751, with a hard chrome finish and 360° anode for maximum corrosion resistance and surface hardness.
