Upgrade your Can-Am engine with the Kibblewhite Cylinder Head Kit, part number 90-91400, designed for high-performance applications. This comprehensive kit includes a complete top end gasket set featuring base gaskets, engine case gaskets, exhaust gaskets, head gaskets, and all necessary o-rings and washers, ensuring a reliable seal and proper engine function. The kit also provides a full set of KPMI® standard valves, crafted from high-quality stainless steel, along with a high-performance titanium spring kit that optimizes valve operation and durability. Additionally, the set includes a complete set of Viton® valve stem seals to prevent oil leakage and ensure smooth valve movement.

  • Top end gasket kit: Includes gaskets for base, engine case, exhaust, head, plus o-rings and washers for comprehensive sealing.
  • Valves: Black Diamond™ forged stainless steel valves, crafted as a single piece with a German-improved impregnation process to reduce wear and friction.
  • Valve springs: High-performance titanium spring kit designed for reliable valve control at high RPM.
  • Valve guides: Available in two materials; C630 guides blend copper, nickel, and aluminum for durability, while C674 guides are softer manganese, easily reamed for custom fitting.
  • Valve stem seals: Viton® seals to prevent oil leaks and maintain efficient engine operation.
