Crafted with precision, this exhaust system features stepped primary headers ranging from 1-3/4” to 1-7/8” made from 16-gauge steel, designed to optimize airflow and maximize horsepower and torque. These headers merge seamlessly into a 2-1/2” collector, ensuring efficient exhaust flow for enhanced engine performance. The system includes 2-1/2” high-flow baffles wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, which work together to provide a deep, aggressive sound while maintaining durability under extreme conditions. A tapered 2-1/2” baffle exit cone is incorporated to boost low-end torque, making it ideal for both city cruising and highway riding.
The exhaust system is equipped with 220° heat shields made from 16-gauge steel, which effectively protect against heat while adding to the overall sleek appearance.
