These high-flow, stepped primary headers feature an 1-3/4” to 1-7/8” diameter, crafted from durable 16-gauge steel to optimize exhaust flow and performance. The interconnected headers enhance exhaust scavenging, contributing to a more responsive ride and a richer sound. The system includes a full 2” left side crossover and robust 4-1/2” muffler bodies with 2” inlets, ensuring efficient exhaust flow and impressive sound quality.
Constructed with 16-gauge heat shields, these components are engineered for thermal protection and longevity. The removable baffles are wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temperature fiberglass, producing a mellow, deep tone that can be customized further with optional Ripper baffles. To facilitate installation and sealing, heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block clamps are included, providing a secure fit between the headers and mufflers.
Additional features include 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs welded into the primaries for seamless integration with your bike’s EFI system, ensuring optimal engine tuning and performance.
