The 54-inch width configuration is universally designed to interface with all KFI ATV Push Tube assemblies (specifically Model #105000). When paired with the correct machine-specific KFI under-chassis mount hardware, this blade functions as a perfect structural fit on mid-to-large utility ATVs (Quads) from 2000 to Present, including:
CRITICAL ATY SIZING AND ACCESSIBLE CLEARANCE NOTE:
**ATV vs. UTV Warning:** Please note that manufacturer part number 105054 is a standard-height ATV blade (16" tall face). It is strictly **not recommended or approved for UTV / Side-by-Side (SxS) applications**. Side-by-sides are too heavy and have too much horsepower for this frame size, which will warp the blade structural ribs. For SxS machines, always select the KFI Pro-S UTV line (such as the 66" #105066).
**Clearance Warning:** We highly advise physically measuring the maximum outside-to-outside width of your ATV's tires. To prevent your quad from riding over uncleared snow when the plow is fully angled at 25 degrees, your plow blade must always be wider than your vehicle's total tire track width. At full angle, this 54" blade clears a path of approximately 48.9 inches. If your ATV features wide aftermarket tires or wheel spacers that exceed 48 inches total width, you must step up to the 60-inch KFI blade (#105060) to prevent tracking over fresh snow packs.
