The HardDrive Scepter 25 Cartridge Fork Kit (Part R0900107-1) is designed specifically for Harley-Davidson bagger models, providing a high-performance suspension upgrade that enhances ride quality and handling. Built with a robust IFP (Internal Floating Piston) design, the kit features a 25mm CNC-machined 7075-T6 damping piston that ensures consistent and precise damping performance for a smooth, controlled ride. The high-strength Cr-Si steel spring offers excellent fatigue resistance and maintains a stable spring rate over time, contributing to reliable handling and rider comfort.
These cartridges come fully assembled with preload, compression, and rebound adjustments, allowing riders to fine-tune their suspension to suit their riding style and road conditions. The wide-range rebound and compression adjusters, each with 24 clicks, provide precise control over damping forces, while preload can be adjusted by up to 15mm on both sides for tailored suspension tension. The system is nitrogen-charged with an oil/gas separation to maintain consistent dampening performance under various riding conditions and prevent cavitation.
