The helmet features Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON, which excel at absorbing both linear and rotational impacts at low and high speeds. These cells work to reduce force transmission to the brain, providing a higher level of impact management. The Conehead® EPS technology introduces a softer liner with cone-shaped structures that better manage impact forces across six critical zones, offering a progressive response to different impact intensities. Additionally, the expanded volume EPS in strategic areas enhances impact absorption, creating more suspension between the helmet and the rider's head. The EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) chin bar adds further impact mitigation and damage resistance, while the clavicle shell relief zone with EPS and EPP helps minimize clavicle injuries. The helmet includes a custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard for added protection.
Designed with rider comfort and convenience in mind, the Youth Formula CC features a washable, moisture-wicking, anti-microbial comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads. The lightweight visor screws and stainless-steel D-rings ensure durability and ease of use. True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system allows airflow through multiple intake vents, channels within the EPS, and exhaust vents at the rear, keeping the rider cool during intense activity.
