The non-welded top corner is machined from billet steel, providing a smooth internal wire cavity that protects wiring from damage during installation and use. Crafted from CNC mandrel bent 1-1/4 inch diameter heavy-wall tubing with a .120 inch wall thickness, these handlebars are durable and built to withstand the rigors of riding. The bolt-together, two-piece design halves the storage footprint when not installed and offers flexibility for customization. Made in the USA, these handlebars do not replace existing lines and cables but extend them, making them compatible with OEM heated grips (heated grip extension sold separately).
