The Drag Specialties C16-0127 shocks feature durable steel monotube damper bodies with hard chrome-plated shafts, offering enhanced strength and corrosion resistance for reliable performance. These shocks are designed with progressively wound springs, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride by absorbing bumps and road imperfections effectively. Adjustable spring preload allows you to customize the ride height and handling characteristics to suit your preferences or riding conditions. The shocks mount using existing hardware, simplifying installation and compatibility with your motorcycle's stock setup. Please note that lowering your motorcycle with these shocks will reduce ground and cornering clearance, which may affect handling and clearance over obstacles. Before installing shocks that differ from the OEM length, verify that your wheel travel can be adjusted without causing interference between components such as the swingarm, exhaust, chain or belt guard, or tires. Additionally, OEM upper shock mount covers will not fit with these shocks, so alternative solutions may be necessary for a clean appearance or proper fitment.
