Designed for easy installation, these shocks mount with existing hardware, making them a straightforward upgrade for most models. It is important to note that shocks shorter than the OEM length may have reduced travel, which can influence ride quality and handling. Lowering the motorcycle reduces ground clearance and cornering ability, so verify your wheel travel and clearance before installation to avoid contact issues with components like the swingarm, exhaust, chain or belt guards, or tires. These shocks are not compatible with OEM upper shock mount covers and are not intended for use with rear lowering kits. Additionally, models with OEM-style offset mount shocks may require custom mounting solutions for proper fitment.
