The BILTWELL Gringo Raceflow Helmet offers a combination of lightweight design and advanced impact protection for motorcycle riders. Its injection-molded ABS outer shell is durable and impact-resistant, providing excellent safety while remaining comfortable for extended wear. Inside, the helmet features a dual-density expanded polystyrene (EPS) safety shell that absorbs and dissipates energy from impacts, reducing the risk of injury without sacrificing comfort. A molded urethane chin bar pad further enhances safety by absorbing energy during frontal impacts, ensuring added protection for the rider.
Designed with rider comfort in mind, the helmet includes a chin strap with brushed fleece Lycra touchpoints for a soft, comfortable fit. A quick-release D-ring retention system allows for easy removal, even in emergency situations. The helmet's removable and replaceable comfort liner and cheek pads are crafted from fleece Lycra and open-cell foam padding, which help to absorb sweat and facilitate evaporation, keeping the rider cool and dry. The biofoam head form panel and ventilated polyester padding maximize airflow around your head, enhancing comfort during long rides or hot weather conditions.
