The ARAI Helmets Regent-X Helmet in white, size 2XL, offers a combination of advanced safety features and user comfort designed for motorcycle riders. This helmet features the innovative Variable Axis System (VAS) shield mechanism, which ensures quick, intuitive operation and a secure fit. The smaller, lower VAS pivot cover provides increased coverage above the cover, enhancing protection and reducing wind resistance. Additionally, the smooth shell along the Snell test line in the temple area improves impact glancing ability, helping to deflect objects during a collision.
The helmet's exterior is constructed with a Peripherally Belted Complex Laminate Construction (PB-CLC) shell, making it lightweight yet durable enough to withstand impacts. The larger latch design facilitates seamless shield operation, allowing riders to easily open and close the shield without hassle. The VAS latch securely holds the shield in place, preventing accidental openings during rides.
