Equipped with the Variable Axis System (VAS) shield system, the Quantum-X lowers the pivot point by an average of 24 mm, creating a smoother shell surface around the critical temple area. The VAS latch securely holds the shield closed, preventing accidental openings and facilitating seamless operation with a de-mist function. Airflow management is optimized with QVF three-position intake ducts and QVR exhaust ducts, ensuring efficient ventilation. The side vent functions as an exhaust even when the top shutter is closed, maintaining continuous airflow and reducing heat buildup. The FCS® cheek pads, contoured with multiple layers and supported by a foam “spring,” provide a snug fit that blocks wind noise and makes the helmet easier to put on and take off.
