The ARAI HELMETS Corsair-X Helmet offers advanced safety and comfort features designed for serious riders. The helmet incorporates an internal air channel system that enhances ventilation by extracting hot and moist air from the eye port area through ducted channels behind the cheek pads, effectively reducing fogging and maintaining clear visibility in various riding conditions. Constructed with the PB-SNC2 shell, the Corsair-X uses high-quality Z Resin developed and blended in-house, which bonds the multiple layers and materials more securely with less resin, resulting in a shell that is both stronger and lighter. The inclusion of Super Fiber and special synthetic reinforcing fibers further enhances shell durability while maintaining a lightweight profile. An internal structural net and peripheral belt are added to increase shell integrity with minimal weight increase, ensuring excellent impact resistance and structural stability. The shield features a Variable Axis System (VAS) latch that securely holds the shield closed and resists accidental opening. The VAS shield mechanism combines a precise pin trajectory with a double pivot point, allowing smooth opening and closing even with a lower shield mount position. The dual-function lever simplifies shield removal by releasing both the side cover/pod and shield pin, facilitating quick maintenance or lens replacement.
