Crafted with a thermo-injected shell that incorporates a specialized polymer blend, this helmet balances impact resistance with lightweight performance. The helmet's fit can be customized thanks to adjustable crown and cheek pads, which are available as spare parts in different thicknesses to ensure a snug, comfortable fit for growing riders. Inside, a multiple density liner is designed to distribute impact forces efficiently, reducing the risk of injury while also keeping the helmet lightweight and comfortable for extended wear. The inner and outer surfaces are engineered to minimize damage from oblique impacts, enhancing safety during angled falls.
A low friction coating applied to the EPS liner acts as a slip plane, reducing rotational acceleration forces that can cause brain injuries during certain impacts. This feature mimics the brain’s natural cerebrospinal fluid, providing an extra layer of protection.
