The Alpinestars SM7 Helmet is engineered specifically for off-road racing enthusiasts seeking maximum protection and comfort. The streamlined profile features a smooth exterior free of external channels, which reduces friction on impact and promotes effective energy transfer to safeguard the rider's head, neck, and spinal column. The shell’s curvature is optimized for durability and impact deflection, making it suitable for high-performance off-road environments. Equipped with 20 individual intake and exhaust ports, including 13 air intakes and 7 exhausts, the helmet offers superior ventilation to keep the rider cool during intense activity. Customization is simple with exchangeable cheek pads available in various thicknesses, compatible across all shell sizes, allowing for a personalized fit. The helmet also features a cutaway section on the left side of the EPS for seamless integration of communication systems, with recesses designed for speakers, ensuring clear communication during races. The removable, washable linings are treated with antimicrobial fabrics to maintain hygiene, while the crown and neck pads are elastically connected to manage oblique impacts effectively.
