Crafted from a water-repellent 450D polyester outer shell with a matte finish, this jacket ensures durability and resistance to the elements while maintaining a sleek appearance. Light 40g interlining padding provides comfort without bulk, making it suitable for various riding conditions. The jacket's design features quilted details on the forearms and shoulders, reinforced with neoprene padding to enhance durability and add a modern aesthetic. Stretch fabric panels positioned below the back shoulders and neoprene accordion panels at the elbows improve mobility, allowing riders to move freely and comfortably on the bike.
Practicality is a key aspect of the Clayton WR Jacket, with large zippered front pockets for easy access and a waterproof inner pocket to securely store personal essentials. The removable thermal vest, insulated with 100g of padding, extends the jacket’s usability across different seasons by providing effective cold weather protection. For added safety, the jacket is compatible with the Alpinestars Tech-Air® 3 System, which can be worn over the jacket when activated. Low-profile shoulder and elbow armor protectors are integrated for a tailored fit that offers both protection and an elegant look.
The jacket can accommodate optional Alpinestars chest and back inserts, purchased separately, to further enhance rider safety. Reflective silver detailing on the front chest and dark silver reflective accents on the back collar improve visibility during night rides. The interior features a mesh comfort liner with pockets designed to hold a back protector or split chest protector, ensuring customization for rider safety needs. Longer cut on the back provides additional coverage in riding position, while side hook-and-loop waist adjusters and pant connection loops enable secure attachment to riding pants, enhancing overall safety and comfort during long rides.
