The ProTaper KTM 65 SX Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 50 Teeth - Orange is a 50-tooth rear sprocket built for the KTM 65 SX and a range of other small-bore machines from KTM, Husqvarna, Gas Gas, and Triumph. ProTaper machines it from 7075-T6 heat-treated billet aluminum with a deep anodized finish that resists corrosion and wear. The Race Spec series features angled mud grooves on both sides of every tooth, which work to shed mud during riding and increase the tooth surface area that contacts the chain, extending sprocket life. Built-in countersinks center the sprocket to the hub on installation without needing a separate hub center guide.
A larger rear sprocket like this 50-tooth option lowers overall gearing, which sharpens acceleration off the line while reducing top-end speed.
