No Toil Filter Rim Grease forms a high-viscosity, non-petroleum compound that seals the gap between the filter rim and flange. It holds up to temperatures as high as 300°F while staying waterproof and dust-proof, so damaging dust and water are not drawn past the filter. The formula is fully biodegradable and rinses away easily with water or a compatible filter cleaner.
Rim grease is applied to the sealing lip of the filter so it beds against the airbox flange without gaps. Use a thin, even film.
