No Toil Filter Oil, Cleaner, and Rim Grease Kit bundles the filter oil and cleaner needed to keep a foam air filter maintained in one pack. The filter oil coats the foam to provide the protection a filter needs, while the biodegradable cleaner is formulated to make washing a dirty filter simple. It works with any foam air filter, so it fits into a regular cleaning routine. Some versions of the kit also include a biodegradable rim grease for those who want it.
Filter cleaner is used to wash the oil and trapped dirt out of a foam filter before it is re-oiled. Work it through the foam, rinse until the water runs clear, then let the filter dry completely before applying fresh oil.
