The QuadBoss QBT448 Utility UTV Tire 28x10-14 6 Ply is a bias-constructed side-by-side tire built for riders who need one tire to handle a range of jobs and conditions. QuadBoss designed the QBT448 with large center knobs to cut rolling resistance while extending tread life, and a directional tread pattern with varied shoulder knobs to improve handling and cornering on loose to intermediate ground. At 3/4 in. of tread depth and a 6-ply rating, it is built to take on real utility work.
The size code 28x10-14 tells you the tire measures 28 in. in overall diameter, 10 in. in section width, and mounts on a 14 in. rim. Because this tire uses a 14 in. rim, it falls into the UTV category, the standard rim size for modern full-size side-by-sides. Before ordering, confirm your wheels are 14 in. and that your fenders and suspension have clearance for a 28 in. overall diameter and a 10 in. section width. The 6-ply bias construction gives solid puncture resistance for utility and trail use, with a ride characteristic typical of bias-ply tires, and the directional utility tread is suited to loose and intermediate terrain.
