The QuadBoss QBT448 Utility ATV/UTV Tire 24x8-12 6 Ply is a bias-construction utility tire built for riders who need a dependable all-around option across varied terrain. QuadBoss designed the QBT448 with large center knobs to reduce rolling resistance while extending tread life, paired with a directional pattern and varied shoulder knobs for confident handling when conditions get loose. At 3/4 in. of tread depth and a 6-ply rating, it is sized to OEM specifications across a range of applications.
The size code 24x8-12 tells you the tire measures 24 in. in overall diameter, 8 in. in section width, and mounts on a 12 in. rim. The 12 in. rim diameter is the crossover point between large utility ATVs and smaller or older utility UTVs, so this tire fits both vehicle classes depending on the machine, and the rim diameter on your wheel must match exactly. Beyond that, confirm your fenders and suspension have clearance for the 24 in. overall diameter and 8 in. section width. The 6-ply bias construction offers solid puncture resistance for work and trail use, and the directional tread pattern with shoulder knobs is designed to perform in loose-to-intermediate terrain.
