ProTaper EVO Henry / Reed Handlebar - Magnesium

The ProTaper EVO Henry / Reed Handlebar - Magnesium is ProTaper's flagship unbraced handlebar, built from a proprietary 7000 series aluminum alloy with a 4mm wall and a shot peened, stress relieved, and anodized finish. ProTaper states independent lab testing shows it outlasts every other handlebar on the market in fatigue life, while coming in up to 25% lighter and 45% stronger than competing bars. The Henry / Reed bend is named for the riding style and geometry those riders favored, making it a go-to shape for motocross and supercross athletes who want that specific bar profile.

With 66mm of rise, this bar lifts the grip area a noticeable amount above the clamp, suiting riders who prefer a taller, more upright position, especially when standing. The 57mm of sweep angles the grips back toward the rider for a more relaxed wrist position compared to straighter bars. At 800mm wide with 180mm of control area per side, there is plenty of room for lever and switch placement, and the bar can be trimmed narrower if needed.
