ProTaper Contour Mini Low Handlebar - Jet Black

The ProTaper Contour Mini Low Handlebar - Jet Black is a 1-1/8 in. clamp handlebar from ProTaper's Contour line, built from a proprietary 2000 series T6 aluminum alloy and finished with a shot peened, stress relieved, and anodized surface for lasting durability. ProTaper includes a crossbar pad in the box and adds knurling on the clutch side so grips stay put. Cut guides spaced at 1/4 in. intervals make trimming the bar straightforward. At 1.55 lbs. (720g) without the pad, it sits at the more accessible end of the Contour range without giving up material quality.

The Mini Low bend puts the grips 53mm of rise above the clamp, a moderate height that works well for riders who prefer a slightly upright position without going too tall. The 50mm of sweep angles the grips back toward the rider for a comfortable wrist angle, while the 775mm width provides solid leverage that can be trimmed down with the built-in cut guides. The 200mm control area gives you room to position levers and switches without feeling cramped.
