The ProTaper Chain 520XRC Master Link is a replacement master link built for ProTaper's 520XRC gold series X-ring chain. ProTaper developed this chain line around proprietary X-ring technology tested specifically for the heat and abuse of off-road riding and racing. It is sized for 520-pitch applications on MX and ATV machines up to 750cc.
A 520-pitch master link is a direct replacement connector for any 520-series chain and must match the pitch of both the countershaft and rear sprockets on the bike. The X-ring design in this chain line seals lubrication inside each link, extending chain life under the dirt and grit common to off-road use.
