No Toil Air Filter - TRIUMPH TF 450-RC 2024-2026 is built from two layers of foam that are flame-laminated together and bonded with a heavy-duty glue designed to hold up under rough, demanding riding conditions. The open-cell foam structure is meant to maximize airflow while still catching dirt and debris. The glue used also resists breakdown from solvents, and a wide, soft sealing ring adds extra protection against leaks. Flexible seams help the filter resist cracking over time, and it is made in the USA to original equipment sizing so it fits and seals the way it should. No Toil recommends pairing this filter with their foam filter treatment for the best filtration results.
Foam air filters are serviced rather than replaced on a fixed schedule, so how long one lasts depends on the conditions you ride in. Clean it with a dedicated filter cleaner, let it dry completely, then re-oil before fitting. Many riders keep a second filter on the shelf so a freshly oiled one is always ready.
