No Toil Foam Air Filter - YAMAHA KODIAK 450 2005-2026 is built from flame-laminated dual-layer foam, bonded with heavy-duty glue that holds up under rough, demanding riding conditions. Its fully open-cell structure is designed for strong airflow while still catching dirt, and the glue resists breakdown from solvents used in cleaning. A wide, soft sealing ring helps keep the edges sealed, while flexible seams are made to resist cracking over time. It is manufactured in the USA to original OEM size, and No Toil recommends pairing it with their foam filter treatment for best filtration results.
Foam air filters are serviced rather than replaced on a fixed schedule, so how long one lasts depends on the conditions you ride in. Clean it with a dedicated filter cleaner, let it dry completely, then re-oil before fitting. Many riders keep a second filter on the shelf so a freshly oiled one is always ready.
