The media inside the PS113 filter utilizes M-Pleating technology, which increases Dust Holding Capacity (DHC) and decreases pressure drop, resulting in improved filtration efficiency. The zigzag pleating pattern provides a larger filtration area, allowing more dust to be captured and reducing the likelihood of clogging. This design contributes to lower pressure drops, ensuring your engine oil flows smoothly and efficiently. The resin-impregnated media maintains structural integrity during high-pressure or temperature spikes, ensuring consistent filtration performance.

The filter features a tapped thread for easy installation and removal, complemented by a pre-lubricated gasket that simplifies the setup process. Each gasket is factory-lubricated to facilitate installation and ensure a secure seal. The base plate is protected with shrink film, keeping the lube fresh and dust-free until installation. Additional enhancements include a heat-resistant Anti-Drainback Valve (ADBV) made from silicone rubber, which prevents dry starts and offers increased durability over standard nitrile rubber valves. The 17mm hex nut makes service and removal straightforward and allows for the attachment of safety wire if needed, providing added convenience and security during maintenance.
