The Alpinestars Tech 5 Boots combine innovative design with high-performance materials to deliver superior protection and comfort for motorcycle riders. Crafted from abrasion-resistant microfiber with a synthetic polymer toe box, these boots offer excellent water resistance, durability, and weight savings. The materials ensure a consistent fit over time and are easy to clean, making them ideal for both daily riding and long-distance adventures. The redesigned instep and Achilles flex zones, made from lightweight microfiber, provide enhanced control, flexibility, and support during ride maneuvers.
The contoured polymer core structure envelops the upper boot, offering structural integrity while allowing controlled flex. An anatomically profiled, high-modulus polymer shin plate delivers outstanding impact and abrasion resistance, with a Velcro®-adjustable panel for a personalized fit. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the upper and lower parts of the boot, granting both flexibility and structural support necessary for aggressive riding.
Both the upper and lower panels feature specifically formulated polymer with grip sculpture patterning, ensuring maximum contact with the bike and improved abrasion resistance. The rear gaiter, made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR), overlays a TPU calf protector to enhance comfort and protection. The innovative buckle closure system, incorporating polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges, offers durability, lightweight performance, and secure fastening. The quick-release and self-aligning design allows for precise adjustment, while all buckles are easily replaceable for convenience.
The injected dual compound TPU foot shell provides excellent impact resistance, reinforced internally by a metal shank and toe inserts in harder compounds for added safety. The exclusive dual compound sole is seamlessly integrated into the multi-density foot base, delivering durability, grip, and a natural feel during riding. The sole is replaceable, ensuring longevity. TPU heel patches, connected with the shell, and lateral/medial TPU components offer additional support and protection. The soft poly-foam padding around the ankles and collar, along with a full interior textile lining, provide shock absorption and all-day comfort. The removable, anatomically shaped EVA footbed with textile lining completes the design, ensuring a snug, comfortable fit for demanding riders.
