Constructed from abrasion-resistant microfiber with a synthetic polymer toe box, these boots combine lightweight design with high water resistance, ensuring long-lasting performance in challenging conditions. The redesigned instep and Achilles flex zones, made from lightweight microfiber, provide superior control, flexibility, and support during demanding rides. An advanced polymer core structure envelops the upper boot, enhancing structural integrity and abrasion resistance while allowing for controlled flex and mobility. The anatomically profiled high modulus polymer shin plate offers superior impact protection, with a contoured design and Velcro® adjustable panel enabling a personalized and secure fit. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper parts of the boot, providing both flexibility and structural support that adapts to rider movements. Both the inward-facing upper and lower panels are crafted from formulated polymers with grip sculpture patterns, maximizing contact with the bike and improving abrasion resistance. The rear gaiter made from thermoplastic rubber (TPR) atop the TPU calf protector offers additional protection and comfort, shielding against debris and impacts. The innovative buckle closure system uses durable polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridges, combining quick-release functionality with a self-aligning design for precise adjustments. All buckles are easily replaceable, ensuring longevity, while TPU straps are ergonomically profiled to promote high front flexion for riding efficiency. The one-piece TPU injected dual compound foot shell provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance and is reinforced internally with a metal shank and toe co-injection for added strength and safety. The exclusive dual compound sole is seamlessly integrated into the multi-density foot base, offering superior grip, durability, and feel during riding. The sole is also replaceable, extending the boots' lifespan. TPU heel patches connected to the shell and lateral/medial TPU parts offer additional support and protection. Soft poly-foam surrounds the ankles and collar, providing shock absorption, complemented by a full interior textile lining for comfort during extended use. The replaceable anatomical EVA footbed with textile lining enhances overall comfort and fit.
