The advanced polymer core structure envelops the upper boot, providing structural integrity and abrasion resistance without sacrificing flexibility. An anatomically profiled high-modulus polymer shin plate offers superior impact and abrasion resistance, with a Velcro®-adjustable panel allowing a personalized fit. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper parts of the boot, granting both flexibility and structural support to accommodate dynamic riding movements.
Constructed with specifically formulated polymers, the inward-facing panels feature grip sculpture patterns to maximize contact with the bike and improve abrasion resistance. The rear features a thermoplastic rubber gaiter over a TPU calf protector, adding extra protection and comfort. The innovative buckle closure system combines polymer and fiberglass buckle arms with high-impact aluminum bridge closures, providing durability and weight savings. The injected dual compound TPU foot shell offers excellent impact and abrasion resistance, reinforced internally by a metal shank and toe reinforcement for added safety. The exclusive dual compound sole seamlessly integrates with the multi-density footbed structure, providing superior grip, durability, and rider feel. The replaceable EVA footbed, surrounded by soft poly-foam at the ankles and collar, delivers shock absorption and comfort, complemented by a full interior textile lining.
