Redesigned instep and Achilles accordion flex zones, constructed from lightweight microfiber, deliver superior comfort, control, and support during intense riding sessions. The contoured polymer core structure envelops the upper boot, providing structural integrity and abrasion resistance while maintaining flexible movement. An anatomically profiled high-modulus polymer shin plate adds impact resistance and features a Velcro®-adjustable panel for a secure, personalized fit. The medial-facing biomechanical pivot system links the lower and upper parts of the boot, offering both flexibility and structural support to adapt to various riding styles. Both the inward-facing upper and lower panels are made from formulated polymers with grip sculpture patterns, ensuring maximum contact with the bike and enhanced abrasion resistance. A rear TPR gaiter over the TPU calf protector offers additional protection and comfort against debris impacts. The innovative buckle closure system uses polymer and fiberglass buckle arms, high-impact aluminum bridges, and a self-aligning quick-release mechanism for precise, easy fastening and secure fit, all with replaceable components for longevity. TPU buckle straps are ergonomically designed to facilitate high front flexion, facilitating freedom of movement. The injected dual-compound TPU foot shell provides excellent impact and abrasion resistance, reinforced internally by a metal shank and toe co-injection for added safety. The exclusive dual-density sole, seamlessly integrated into the multi-density foot base, offers superior grip, durability, and feel, and is fully replaceable to extend the lifespan of the boots. TPU heel patches connected to the shell and lateral/medial TPU parts provide added protection and support. Soft poly-foam padding around the ankles and collar, combined with a full interior textile lining, delivers shock absorption and all-day comfort. The replaceable EVA footbed with textile lining ensures a custom fit and additional cushioning.
