Designed specifically for women, the Alpinestars Stella SMX-1R V2 boots combine advanced craftsmanship with rider-focused comfort and protection. The main upper is constructed from an innovative microfiber material that offers excellent durability, abrasion resistance, and a lightweight feel, ensuring long-lasting wear in demanding riding conditions. Alpinestars has integrated an innovative heel counter support system that works with a strap closure to enhance fit, support, and structural integrity. The rear of the heel counter includes a soft Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) insert that seamlessly collaborates with the rear flex zone, allowing for improved ankle mobility and increased riding comfort. The rear flex bellow also includes a flex window that functions as an air intake, promoting effective ventilation and airflow to keep your feet cool and dry.
The boots are equipped with a new ergonomic Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) shift pad for added durability in a critical area, and the closure system features an anatomically angled strap that follows the natural shape of the rider’s instep. A quick and secure front Velcro® closure with a TPR puller allows for easy on and off, while aramidic fiber wires ensure the strap system is durable, lightweight, and thin. The sole is made from Alpinestars’ exclusive rubber compound with a grip pattern designed to improve feel, grip, and durability, complemented by integrated Transversal Protection Frame (TPF) for enhanced protection against transversal loads.
Additional features include lightweight microfiber construction in the instep and Achilles’ flex zones for improved maneuverability, thermowelded flex grooves that control flexion and flexibility, and a reverse zip closure for quick access. The double-density ankle protector layered under the upper provides abrasion resistance and impact protection, while a replaceable bi-injected TPU forefoot slider with an easy-screw fixing system simplifies replacement. External high modulus TPU components, including the heel counter, lateral ankle, and shift pad, enhance shock absorption and durability. The internal toe box protection layer adds further durability and performance, complemented by a removable anatomic foot-bed with EVA foam and Lycra® for added comfort and support. An internal mesh lining ensures cooling comfort and moisture management, making the Stella SMX-1R V2 boots a comprehensive choice for female riders seeking high-performance motorcycle footwear.
