The Vance & Hines Hi-Output Hooligan exhaust system in Brushed Stainless is a full header-and-muffler system in hand TIG-welded 304 stainless steel with spring-clip joints, a brushed finish and a CNC-machined billet end cap. This version has Vance & Hines' PCX technology, a chambered high-flow catalyst built into the system to add torque.
