QuadBoss QBT672 Radial Mud ATV/UTV Tire 26x12R12 8 Ply

The QuadBoss QBT672 Radial Mud ATV/UTV Tire 26x12R12 8 Ply is a directional mud tire built on a radial carcass with eight-ply puncture-resistant construction, aimed at riders who spend serious time in soft, wet, and muddy conditions. QuadBoss says the radial structure lasts two to three times longer than a comparable bias tire, making it a practical choice for high-use machines. Stepped tread blocks and 1-1/4 in. mud lugs work together to claw through loose terrain, while a built-in rim guard shields your wheels from rock and trail contact.

The size code 26x12R12 breaks down as a 26 in. overall diameter, a 12 in. section width, and a 12 in. rim diameter, and the R in the code confirms radial construction. Because this tire mounts on a 12 in. rim, it sits in the overlap zone that serves large utility ATVs and older or smaller utility UTVs, so the rim diameter is what places it in both vehicle classes. Beyond the rim match, confirm your machine has enough fender and suspension clearance for the 26 in. overall diameter and 12 in. section width. The 8-ply rating gives the sidewall meaningful resistance to punctures from rocks and roots, though it will ride somewhat firmer than a lower-ply tire, and the aggressive directional mud tread is best suited to soft dirt, mud, and loose terrain rather than hard-packed surfaces.
