The ProTaper Yamaha YFM700R Raptor 700R Front Sprocket - 14 Teeth is a casehardened chromoly steel front sprocket built for the Raptor 700R and a range of YFZ450 models. ProTaper machines and broaches it to tight tolerances, then applies a special coating to help the steel hold its strength and resist wear over time. Lightening holes reduce overall weight, and mud grooves in the sprocket body shed dirt and debris to keep things running cleanly.
A smaller front sprocket lowers your overall gearing, which sharpens throttle response and acceleration off the line while bringing down your top speed.
