ProTaper Suzuki RM125 Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 49 Teeth - Black

The ProTaper Suzuki RM125 Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 49 Teeth - Black is a Race Spec (RS) rear sprocket cut from 7075-T6 heat-treated billet aluminum and finished with a deep anodized coating that resists corrosion and wear. ProTaper machines an angled mud groove into both sides of every tooth, which sheds mud during riding and increases tooth surface area by up to 40% compared to competing sprockets, translating to longer chain contact and extended sprocket life. Built in the USA to tight CNC tolerances, it also features countersinks that self-center the sprocket to the hub at installation without needing a separate hub center guide. It fits the Suzuki RM125 along with a wide range of other Suzuki and Kawasaki models spanning dirt bikes, dual-sports, and motards.

A 49-tooth rear sprocket sits on the larger end of the range, which lowers your overall gearing for stronger acceleration out of corners and tighter sections at the cost of some top-end speed.
