ProTaper SELA - Self Engaged Launch Assist Launch Device

The ProTaper SELA - Self Engaged Launch Assist Launch Device is a start-line tool that temporarily compresses the front suspension during the launch, reducing wheelie tendency and putting more traction to the rear wheel so riders can get on the throttle harder and leave the gate with better control. It features a patent-pending self-engaged twist dial that a rider can set without any help, making solo start practice straightforward. The dual-hinged receiver ring installs without removing the front wheel or forks, and the forged aluminum alloy body with hard-anodized moving parts keeps weight low while standing up to repeated use. It fits a wide range of current motocross bikes across Honda, Husqvarna, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki, and Yamaha.

The SELA mounts to the front fork and is activated before the start, then releases during the launch sequence.
