ProTaper Husqvarna TC85 19/16 Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 52 Teeth

The ProTaper Husqvarna TC85 19/16 Rear Aluminum Sprocket - 52 Teeth is a 52-tooth rear sprocket built from heat-treated 7075-T6 aluminum and CNC-machined in the USA for the 2024-2026 Husqvarna TC85 19/16, as well as the 2024-2026 KTM 85 SX 19/16 and Gas Gas MC 85 19/16. ProTaper's Race Spec series uses an angled mud groove cut into both sides of every tooth, which sheds mud during operation to reduce wear and help maintain power transfer. ProTaper states this groove layout increases tooth surface area by up to 40% compared to competing sprockets, improving chain contact and extending sprocket life. Built-in countersinks center the sprocket to the hub automatically during installation, and a deep anodized finish adds corrosion and wear resistance.

A 52-tooth rear sprocket sits on the larger end of the rear gearing range, which lowers overall gearing for quicker acceleration off the line at the cost of some top-end speed.
