The ProTaper Dual Density Full Diamond ATV Grips - Black/Gray are slide-on ATV grips built around a full diamond pattern and a dual density compound, making them a solid choice for riders who want a firm outer surface that holds up to wear while retaining an inner layer that cushions the hands. ProTaper describes the full diamond pattern as the most versatile option in their grip lineup. These grips fit standard 7/8 in. handlebars, and because oversize 1-1/8 in. bars taper to 7/8 in. at the ends, they work on those bars too.
The full diamond pattern cuts a hard, positive bite into your palms and fingers, giving you a secure hold on the bar in rough or muddy conditions. The dual density construction pairs a firmer outer casing that resists wear with a softer inner layer that absorbs vibration and takes some of the edge off longer rides. These are slide-on grips, so installation calls for grip glue and safety wire to lock them in place.
