The ProTaper 18-22 Husqvarna/KTM XPS Profile Pro Clutch Lever is a replacement clutch lever built around ProTaper's Cross Pivot System, a slim, low-profile pivot design that ProTaper says is virtually unbendable. The blade is forged from 6061-T6 aluminum and CNC-machined at the clevis for a precise fit, and the whole assembly ships with an application-specific rubber boot to keep the XPS mechanism clear of mud and debris. ProTaper backs the lever with a lifetime warranty against bending.
The lever includes a tool-less reach adjustment dial that provides 20mm of tunability, so riders can dial in hand position without carrying extra tools. The rubber boot that covers the XPS assembly is specific to the application, meaning it is sized and shaped for the pivot geometry of the bikes this lever fits.
