No Toil Foam Air Filter - HONDA CRF 450RX 2025-2026 is built from flame-laminated dual-layer foam bonded with a heavy-duty glue chosen to hold up through rough, tough riding conditions. The open-cell foam structure is designed for strong airflow while still catching dirt, and the same glue resists breakdown from solvents used during cleaning. A wide, soft sealing ring adds extra protection at the mounting point, while flexible seams are built to resist cracking over time. It is made to original OEM size and manufactured in the USA.
Foam air filters are serviced rather than replaced on a fixed schedule, so how long one lasts depends on the conditions you ride in. Clean it with a dedicated filter cleaner, let it dry completely, then re-oil before fitting. Many riders keep a second filter on the shelf so a freshly oiled one is always ready.
