Motul V-Twin Synthetic Oil 20W-50 1 U.S. quart

The Motul V-Twin Synthetic Oil 20W-50 is a 100% triple synthetic 4-stroke engine oil made with ester and built around molecular polar bonding technology, which helps the oil cling to metal surfaces and maintain a protective film during startup. Motul formulated it specifically to handle the high temperatures generated by big air-cooled V-twin engines, and it carries enough ZDDP extreme pressure additive, along with anti-oxidant and anti-foam properties, to work in integrated transmissions found in both U.S. and metric twins. It is also designed to provide strong grip on wet clutches and is compatible with mineral and most synthetic motorcycle oils, as well as catalytic converters and O2 sensors.

This oil carries a 20W-50 viscosity rating, where 20W reflects its cold-weather flow behavior and 50 describes its thickness at normal operating temperature. Match the grade to whatever your service manual specifies. Motul recommends it for use in H-D Milwaukee 8, Twin-Cam, Evolution, and Sportster engines and primary cases, and notes it exceeds the requirements for twins with separate clutches and primary cases. The one-quart bottle is a practical size for a top-off or part of a full service on a V-twin.
