The Motul 800 2T Road Synthetic Oil 1L is a fully synthetic 2-stroke engine oil built on an ester formula that traces its roots to motocross Grand Prix racing programs. Motul makes it 100% synthetic, drawing on the same development work done for top-level race teams. The oil is dyed red so it is easy to spot once mixed into the fuel.
This oil is designed for premix racing 2-stroke engines and is compatible with standard and unleaded gasolines up to 124 octane. Motul states it keeps the carburetor throttle from sticking and maintains reliable lubrication in wet conditions. A 1-litre bottle is a practical size for mixing a focused batch of race fuel.
