MOOSE OFFROAD Plow Blade - 55" - Yellow 2555PF

55 in. steel blade for mid-size ATVs

The Moose 55 in. standard blade is formed from 12-gauge Grade 50 steel with a curve that rolls snow and dirt off at any angle. Moose sizes it for ATVs that need a blade between 50 and 60 in.

• Swath: Clears a 49-1/2 in. swath when angled.
• Five angle positions: Swivels left or right to any of five positions.
• Reversible wear bar: Wide 3 in. wear bar flips for longer life; adjustable skids travel in all directions.
• Fits all Moose mounts: Moose states all its blades fit all its mount kits.

What you need for a complete plow

A plow is four parts that work together, each sold separately. This page covers the blade; you also need the others before you can plow.

1. Blade: This item.
2. Push tube: For a Moose bottom mount: Moose ATV Push Tube (2707PF) for ATVs, Moose UTV Push Tube (2709PF) for UTVs, or the Moose Track System Push Tube (2716PF) on machines with tracks. For a Moose RM5 mount, use the Moose RM5 Plow Frame (4400PF).
3. Plow mount: The Moose plow mount made for your machine's year, make and model. Set your machine in the vehicle selector, then browse plow mounts and push tubes. Some mounts also call for a specific winch mount or kit; check the mount's page. Moose sells bottom mounts and RM5 mounts; the push tube must match the mount type.
4. Lift: A winch (see winches) on a winch mount for your machine (see winch mounts). A plow is too heavy to lift by hand while you drive. On RM5 systems Moose recommends the Moose Heavy Duty Pulley Kit (2544PF).
